Description	Over the years Art and Diane Rockall have provided Schoolcraft College with endowments and scholarships for the Kids on Campus program. In addition they donated the free form Sonata II sculpture outside the VisTaTech Center. The painted sculpture is 18 feet high and 7 feet wide, created by Novi sculptor David Barr who was a noted sculptor, with works on displays all over the world. The Rockalls began their association with Schoolcraft after Art retired from 35 years at Ford Motor Company where he came to the college to earn an associate degree. He went on to earn his bachelor's and master's degree but was impressed with Schoolcraft's philosophy of giving students maximum support to succeed. The Rockalls gifted the college with Sonata II as part of the VisTaTech building campaign.
